Superdrug depilation cream review.

Hello, my lovely readers.

It's been a long time since last time I have written a review about some beauty products. So don't worry I have some really nice products that are waiting their turn to be talked about.

Many of you will agree with me that it's really hard to find the perfect depilation cream for the bikini zone. Honestly, the more creams I try the more I think that it is mission impossible.

This time,I tried Superdrug bikini hair removal cream + balm.

Superdrug is the United Kindom's second-largest beauty and health retailer currently operating over 800 stores in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Their purpose is quite simply to be the best in everyday accessible beauty and health. They are committed to bring innovation and the latest styles and trends to every high street in the UK and Southern Ireland at fantastic prices. As well as the best big beauty and health brands, their customers will also find a host of exclusive products that they won't find anywhere else.

Plus Superdrug Own brand collection ( as the depilation cream) is not only great value, it is excellent quality and all their beauty and toiletries Own brand products carry the leaping bunny symbol which show they are certified by Cruelty-free international.

So basically on the package they say that this sensitive hair removal cream, enriched with soothing lavender extract, has been formulated to gently remove unwanted hair from your bikini in just 5 minutes. It also helps moisturise your skin, leaving it soft and smooth to the touch.

I must say that none of this worked for me. I had to wait at least 10 minutes ( and that scary part when on the package is written that don't let it stay more than 10 minutes on your skin). It still did not remove the hair completely only a little bit. Also, it has a pretty strong smell that stays in the bathroom also after you have finished.

The good things for this product I would say was that the cream did not burn the skin, I actually felt nothing, other depilation creams makes my skin tingling sensation or it feels very cold, but this did not .And also I kind of liked the moisturising soothing finishing balm, although it felt better on my shaved legs haha

After all,I am not so sure if I will buy this one more time, maybe only to make sure that it really doesn't do the job right and that it wasn't just a bad coincidence.

Have you ever used this and if yes how it worked for you?

All the love. Annie

  1. I have not tried this (as we don't have it), but I usually use Veet creams for my facial hair. I always buy the one for sensitive skin (although I don't have it) but it does a great job...
