Matcha powder is so delicious! I love a lot of things in life, but green tea lattes have a special place in my heart.
Not only is Matcha extremely yummy and warms our soul, it has many health benefits as well! So next time your drinking that delicious green beverage just remember your becoming a lot stronger on the inside!
  • One serving of Matcha tea is equivalent to 10 cups of regular brewed green tea
  • Matcha Powder is ground up tea leaves providing you the highest level of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids.
  • Matcha Powder has more antioxidants than regular brewed tea
  • Boosts metabolism and burns calories (2016 beach-bod here I come!)
  • Enhances mood and aids in concentration
I usually make mine with steamed milk and vanilla syrup (I know... I'm reallllly bad) but some people prefer it with just hot water.
Don't forget this guy!
You just take your Matcha Powder in a small bowl, and gradually add the liquid. Instead of stirring in a circular motion like you normally would, I whisk mine back and forth, almost in the shape of a "W" this will break up the powder!
And you're all done! YUM!
